I thought the same, it’s the exact same year, model and all. Except rustier and they are not listening to Kansas’ Wayward Son... a missed opportunity IMO.

There’s so many easter eggs and tie ins with zombie lore in the original game I wouldn’t put it past them to include a big one like that here.
